Our Team 

Kathy Varner's practice focuses on U.S. tax, international tax and business formation, and financial consulting. Kathy has extensive experience working with cross-border businesses and their owners and she is well-versed in matters related to entity formation of international businesses.

Kathy received her B.A. from Western Washington University and has been in public practice since 1987. She attended the international tax course at Golden Gate University Graduate School of Taxation. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Kathy speaks at seminars for practicing professionals and businesses focusing on U.S./Canada and international taxation and entity formation issues.

Kathy goes beyond the numbers to ensure that our client's international business formations are structured to comply with international law and minimize tax and personal liability.
