Update on BOI Reporting Requirements: Injunction Reinstated

On December 26, 2024, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals reinstated a nationwide injunction halting enforcement of beneficial ownership information (BOI) reporting requirements.

This means reporting companies are currently not required to comply with BOI filings until further notice.

However, we recommend that you continue gathering the necessary information to be prepared in case the injunction is lifted again. We are closely monitoring developments and will provide updates as the situation evolves.
