VSH CPAs Appoints Natalie Trudell as Firm's First Director of Tax

BELLINGHAM, Wash., June 29, 2026 — VSH CPAs has promoted Natalie Trudell, CPA, to Director of Tax, effective July 1, 2026. The newly created position marks the first Director of Tax role in the firm's history and reflects the continued growth of VSH's tax practice. 

Trudell joined VSH in 2014 as a Staff Accountant after earning a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an accounting focus from the University of Washington Tacoma. She became a licensed CPA in 2015 and has advanced through progressively responsible leadership roles during her tenure with the firm.  

As Director of Tax, Trudell will lead the firm's tax practice, overseeing the integration of tax compliance, planning, and strategic advisory services while working closely with clients and VSH's broader advisory team. 

Throughout her career at VSH, Trudell has developed expertise in international tax, state and local tax and family-held business, including advising business owners from the start-up phase thru exit.  She primarily serves clients in the real estate, manufacturing and distribution, and professional services industries, with a focus on complex tax matters. Trudell’s track record of building client relationships and delivering results have propelled her into this leadership role.
