Jerry Lin

Jerry is a Tax Manager at VSH CPAs with a strong background in financial analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance. With more than a decade of experience in the headquarters of an international bank, Jerry has worked extensively in internal controls, anti-money laundering, and investment banking, giving him a broad perspective on how financial systems operate across jurisdictions. 

He brings a structured, analytical approach to his work, helping clients navigate complex tax and financial considerations with clarity and precision. Jerry works to ensure that issues are thoroughly evaluated and translated into clear, actionable direction. 

Jerry’s career began in the banking sector, where he developed deep expertise in compliance, risk management, and financial oversight within a global environment. His experience in internal controls and regulatory frameworks shaped a disciplined approach to problem-solving and decision-making. 

He holds an MBA and is an Enrolled Agent (EA) and brings a legal background in commercial and banking law from China. This combination of financial, tax, and legal knowledge allows him to approach client engagements with a well-rounded and thoughtful perspective.
