Stephanie Hermanutz

Stephanie is a Senior Tax Manager at VSH CPAs, where she works with businesses and high-net-worth individuals to bring structure to the complexity of operating across borders. Since joining the firm in 2014, she has built deep experience working with multi-entity and cross-border structures, helping clients understand how their global operations fit together from both a tax and operational perspective. 

She combines technical depth with strong execution, managing complex engagements in a way that keeps them organized, on track, and clearly communicated. Stephanie works closely with clients to break down complicated issues and provide clear direction on what needs to happen next. 

Stephanie’s career has been shaped by her ability to work through complex systems and bring clarity to how they function. She is known for managing detailed, multi-layered engagements while maintaining steady communication and follow-through from start to finish. 

Alongside her client work, Stephanie plays a key role in developing talent at VSH. As a mentor and contributor to the firm’s training programs, she helps new staff build both technical capability and the confidence to navigate client relationships effectively.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys traveling with her husband and taking opportunities to explore new places, including frequent trips to Las Vegas. She values experiences that bring a sense of energy and perspective, which carries into how she approaches her work and relationships.
