Best practice:
The most efficient and cost-effective method is submitting all documents through SafeSend or ShareFile. If you received the organizer via SafeSend, please return documents through SafeSend.
If you cannot access your organizer, email info@vshcpa.com and a CSC will assist you.
Submitting all information at the same time allows us to prepare your return efficiently. Missing or late information may result in delays or additional fees.
The time it takes to complete your return depends on several factors, including:
- The completeness and organization of the information provided
- How quickly follow-up questions or requests for clarification are addressed
- The complexity of the return
Returns are generally prepared in the order complete information is received. Submitting all required documents together allows your return to move forward without interruption. If information is missing or submitted in stages, preparation may pause until everything needed is received.
As tax deadlines approach, additional time is needed to prepare extensions where required. During the busiest weeks of tax season, this can affect how quickly returns are finalized. Any returns that are extended are completed as soon as possible after the filing deadline.
If you have specific timing considerations, we encourage you to communicate those early so we have appropriate context as we plan work during tax season.
For questions related to your return, please contact your Client Service Coordinator.
If you are unsure who your CSC is, contact reception at (360) 734-8715 and we will connect you with the appropriate person.
