Joining the accounting profession in 2014, Kyle Powers began his career with VSH as an intern. Earning his CPA license in 2015, Kyle’s role at VSH continues to grow. Kyle’s great technical skills allow him to serve a variety of clients with complex tax structures. He specializes in cross border structuring and transactions in VSH’s International department.

Kyle prides himself on his self-motivation and stands by his personal service philosophy of “quality over quantity.” As well as his technical skill in tax, he is known for his creative problem-solving abilities as an independent thinker.

Kyle resides in Kahului, Hawaii with his wife, Vanessa. He appreciates being able to access the beautiful beaches of Hawaii and explore his passion projects of investing and home improvement. Kyle grew up in Bayview, Washington and is planning to return to Washington state someday soon!
