With extensive experience in tax, accounting, and audit, along with expertise in business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and family transitions, he serves as a trusted resource for growing businesses across industries like agriculture, manufacturing, construction, and real estate. Matt is known for his straight forward approach. He simplifies complex financial issues, helping his clients feel confident in their decisions and ready for the future.

Matt joined VSH CPAs in 2017, bringing several prior years of hands-on experience in the accounting profession. In January 2022, he was promoted to Partner at VSH, focusing even more on the value he offers his clients. Growing up in Skagit County, Matt is deeply connected to the area’s business community and is passionate about helping it thrive. He pursued a career in accounting to have a real impact on people’s lives and finds great satisfaction in assisting clients to overcome financial hurdles.
