Natalie joined VSH in 2014 after earning her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, at the University of Washington Tacoma. She specializes in the U.S. taxation of foreign-owned investments and operations in the U.S., including initial structure planning, ongoing tax planning, compliance, and is the go-to person for foreign corporations.

Natalie excels in project management, complex business structures, and helping her clients work toward their long term goals. Natalie helps businesses and their owners maximize their worldwide tax efficiency by staying up-to-the-minute on tax law changes and sharing her technical knowledge, leading courses for both clients and Canadian Professional Accountants.

Natalie lives in Whatcom County with her husband and daughter, their two pitbulls and two cats. She can’t get enough of the Pacific Northwest’s beautiful lake and mountain scenery, and loves bringing her pitbulls along for her hiking and camping adventures.
