Tracy has thirty years of experience as a professional accountant and bookkeeper. Joining the VSH team in 2014, as a leader in the firm for Client Accounting Services, she works with team members to bring outsourced accounting and advisory services to clients. Tracy is our go-to accounting software specialist within the firm. As the Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) manager, Tracy works with our clients and the VSH team to find efficiencies that bring the raw data into a format that provides easily understandable information. Our goal is to move clients from a backward looking focus of what has happened to their business, to a forward looking point of view so that strategic decisions can be made to enhance success and profitability.

Tracy was drawn to the accounting profession for the exciting prospect of helping businesses create systems of organization that provide beneficial information. Tracy is naturally organized, and is a creative problem solver. She enjoys taking on new challenges and coming up with ideas to help clients succeed.

Originally from Canada, Tracy now resides in Bellingham, WA with her husband, but still enjoys frequent visits to her home country. She has two daughters. Tracy has many hobbies and interests outside of work including hiking, gardening, and visiting National Parks. She also has a passion for knitting, quilting, cooking, and reading. Her favorite book is unequivocally Jane Eyre, as it was “a groundbreaking novel at the time it was written and opened up opportunities for women to be seen as valuable in way that didn’t exist before.”
