Robert joined VSH CPAs in 2017 and has spent the entirety of his professional accounting career with the firm. He currently serves as an assurance manager. He specializes in assurance engagements and financial statement reporting for nonprofit organizations, employee benefit plans and large businesses. His services include the management of financial statement engagements, compilations, reviews, and audits.

Robert has a true passion for the accounting profession. It comes across in his dependability and strong analytical and communication skills. He attributes his career success to his drive to succeed and a great support system, including teachers he has learned from who left an impact.

Robert grew up across Sacramento, California, Fairbanks, Alaska, and Bellingham, Washington. He currently resides in Mount Vernon, Washington where he lives with his wife, Kayla. Robert is an avid reader and especially appreciates Stephen King’s imaginative writing in “The Dark Tower” series. He enjoys mountain biking and hiking. His favorite travel destination is anywhere with sunny weather and the biggest roller coasters.
